I love this store, the welcome is super nice, the employees are always kind and very attentive if you don't need a few things. I go there very regularly to buy things to make my creations and also to re-create my country house. I recommend this store which remains my favorite for me where I take my time to stroll around.

After 2 visits in 2 months: the results are very disappointing. 1st visit: Literally attacked by the staff on the shelves who called me a thief when I was simply doing my shopping with a personal bag instead of taking a dirty basket. 2nd visit: I was asked to put back Christmas items because I quote "unfinished shelf" how do I know if the shelves are accessible to customers? No reason to address customers like that and always by the same person from Centrakor. Very disappointed I do not recommend

It's a shame that the Centrakor loyalty card doesn't work in everyone. He suggested making another one, we already have a lot of cards, the only downside. Friendly available staff

The staff is rude and unfriendly, there is nothing to complain about the temporary workers who will work in the store, be careful of the customers who will go to the store
